 Lesson Study is scheme of cooperation among teachers as effort to increase they ability to organized activities learning. Lesson Sdudy is aims to improve the service of teachers to thelearning needs of students. The main subject of the Lesson Study is a collaboration between the teachers do with teachers or teachers with faculty to observe, examine and reflect on learning activities.

Lesson Study process through the steps, the first is the preparation, teacher collaboration to prepare lesson plans, the second is the implementation. The teacher carrying out the process of teaching and learning in the classroom, while others make observations, then the third, Reflection and Improvement I, the teachers (and lecturers) conduct discussions, the latter is the reflection and Repair II, the other teachers implement teaching and learning in a real classroom, while others do observation. Lesson Study conducted for educational innovation through improvements in the implementation of the learning process. Educational innovation through Lesson Study can work well if the teacher is open and committed, infrasistem that there should be support, all components are able to participate actively, and gain support from policy makers, as well as Lesson Study is a medium and long-term innovation, not an innovation short term.

 Lesson Study will support the curriculum (KTSP) if lesson study is guided by the competencies to be achieved by students and Lesson Study should be able to encourage the development of tools and learning media as well as lesson study requires the development of Student Worksheet. Lesson Study is not a method of teaching for teachers, Lesson Study research can be a class action. In the implementation of lesson study is necessary theme, with this theme, Lesson Study process will be more centralized so that the results are expected to be maximal. example of the theme: How to develop a medium of learning in schools. RPP is very influential in lesson study as RPP is the backbone of the Lesson Study.
